Service Contracts

Ventura Highspeed prides ourself on providing excellent service to our customers.  Our service contracts give you peace of mind knowing your computer systems are in good hands.  Our technicians will perform shceduled, preventative maintenance as well as correct network, software, and computer hardware problems when they arise.  Below are our Service Options:

Standard Service Agreement

The standard service agreement places one of our technicians in your organization on a regular basis. You have the option of utilizing the labor 1 to 4 times per month, depending on your technology needs.

The requirements are as follows:

    • Network Engineer will perform the labor on-site or remotely

    • Five hour labor minimum per month discounted to $85 / hour

We are, in effect, reserving that person for your service on a regular basis. A discounted hourly rate is charged and the dispatch fee is waived.

24/7 Support

Our Network Engineers are available for emergency support after normal business hours. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30am - 5pm. Our engineers are available within a 20 mile radius of the Ventura Highspeed office. See ‘Emergency Support After Hours’ for more details.

Flex-Pack Service

The Flex-Pak service allows you to pre-purchase units at a discounted hourly rate for onsite service, phone support, or at Ventura Highspeed’s office. Advantages include flexible hours and a deeply discounted hourly rate.

The two options available are:
Level 1:
56 units for $1100

Level 2:
112 units for $2100

  • Each unit is equivalent to 15 minutes of service.


You can use any of the above services on-site, over the phone, or at the Ventura Highspeed office.

On-Site…
Ventura Highspeed computer technicians can visit your office or home to provide computer services.
Minimum units required: 4

Phone Support…
Use your Flex-Pack minutes to resolve issues over the phone.
Minimum units required: 1

At the Ventura Highspeed office…
You may wish to bring your system into the Ventura Highspeed office, where resources and tools are readily available.
Minimum units required: 2

Emergency Support After Hours

Our Network Engineers are available for emergency support after normal business hours. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30am – 5pm. Our engineers are available within a 30 mile radius of the Ventura Highspeed office.

All Emergency Support agreements require a signed contract.

          • Monthly Fee: $175.00

          • Incident Fee: $150.00

Minimum emergency support: 1 hour minimum charge. Support may be provided via email, phone, or an on-site service call. A $35.00 dispatch fee is applicable if an on-site service call is required.

Rate Structure: (flex-paks and contract rates excluded)

          • Our normal hourly rate is $100/hour.

          • Monday - Friday: 5pm-9:30am: Time and a half

          • Saturday: Time and a half

          • Sunday and Holidays: Double time

How does it work?

You will be given a Voicemail number that has access to a Ventura Highspeed network engineer. You will be contacted within 1 hour.
